Life Support Partners with Crossing Church

It was announced that Alex and Rob, of the Juno nominated band Life Support, are now leading our Worship & Arts ministry at the Crossing.

Alex and Rob met at StFX university while Alex was there playing basketball on a scholarship and Rob was taking music. They partnered with a local church and gathered up some old tech gear to start playing music together in an old abandoned chapel. Their dream was to fill the place with people worshipping Jesus. And it happened! The band went on the road and have since been nominated for Juno awards and have led many people to Jesus. Rob and Alex now both reside in Metro and will lead us in the area of worship and arts. This past Sunday, members of the Life Support band led us in an amazing time of worship. Alex and Rob have already set plans to work with the team at the Crossing in an effort to resource musicians and vocalists, work along side them and then integrate them into teams when they are ready. We are thankful for answered prayers. Please join us in welcoming them and their families to the Crossing. We suspect you will see them hanging out in Crossing Communities (C2s) shortly.
